Medicare
Medicare Advantage, also known as the Medicare Part C program, officially launched in 2003, according the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). In 2017, about one-third of all Medicare beneficiaries are enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans according to CMS. If you have Medicare coverage or are approaching Medicare eligibility, you may have questions about which program is right for you, we will help you select that best plan that will fit all your needs.
Medicare Supplements compliment the federal government’s Medicare health care coverage for those eligible. These are the subjects of entire books, so let R. Kashmiry and Associates, Inc. help you cut to the chase. Medicare Supplement Insurance also called “Med-Supp” or “Medi-Gap”, will help pay medical costs not covered by Medicare, such as deductibles and co-pays. Federal laws have standardized all Medicare Supplements to only 10 plans- labeled “A” through “N”. Our knowledgeable staff at R. Kashmiry and Associates, Inc. will be happy to sit down with you and go through all your options.
Part D of Medicare covers prescription drugs only. In order to have coverage, you must elect a stand-alone plan, along with Original Medicare or enroll into a Medicare Advantage plan that also includes prescription drug coverage (MA-PD).
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently, we represent 12 organizations that offer 94 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, at 1.800.Medicare, or your local State Health Insurance Program to get information on all of your options
